Sleeper Production

Sleepers which are the most important element of the railway is transferring the load of the track to the ballast and foundation of the railway and it is required the good quality concrete and accurate process during the production, the major process of the sleeper production are Preparation of Mold, Reinforcement, Weigh Batching, Concrete Mixing, and Sleeper Casting, Steam Curing, Sleeper Demolding, and Water Curing. ACRC intended to establish the sleeper production plant in Afghanistan and removed the shortage and delays of railway projects in the country and region. We have the plan to mobilize and procure the up to date machinery and sleeper production plant which will be completely digitalized. And having the capacity of fulfilling the requirement of our partners and clients.
